By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, submitting content, or otherwise interacting with the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.
2. Who May Use the Services
You may use the Services only if you are able to form a binding agreement with ATWOTS and are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization or entity to these Terms.
You agree that your use of the Services will comply with these Terms and with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
3. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information shared through the Services.
The Privacy Policy is available at AllTheWordsOnTheScreen.com/privacy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
4. Purpose of the Services

The Services may include user submissions, commentary, analysis, reporting, research, criticism, and educational discussion related to captioning, subtitles, accessibility, and media presentation.
Nothing in these Terms obligates us to publish, preserve, display, maintain, or continue any particular content, account, feature, or functionality.
5. User Accounts
Some features of the Services may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account and to keep that information updated.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials and for restricting access to your account and devices.
We are not liable for loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
If your account information changes, including your email address or other contact information, you are responsible for updating it promptly.
If you become aware of unauthorized access to your account or any other security issue involving the Services, please notify us promptly through our Contact Page.

You represent and warrant that you have the rights, permissions, and authority necessary to share the Content you submit and to grant the rights described in these Terms.
You further represent and warrant that your Content does not violate the rights of any person or entity, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.
We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or reliability of user-submitted Content.
7. License to Use Submitted Content
By submitting Content, you grant ATWOTS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, cache, display, reproduce, publish, distribute, and otherwise use that Content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, promote, secure, moderate, and enforce the Services.
This license allows us to display the Content on the website and to process it for technical and administrative purposes.
This license also allows us to review, format, preserve, and process submitted Content for moderation, abuse prevention, legal compliance, technical display, administrative purposes, dispute resolution, and enforcement of these Terms.
To the extent your Content is removed from the publicly accessible portions of the Services, this license will end within a commercially reasonable time, except where continued retention is reasonably necessary for backups, recordkeeping, legal compliance, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, or enforcement purposes.

If you believe material on the Services infringes your copyright, please review our Copyright Policy.
13. Accuracy and Corrections
Content on the Services may include commentary, analysis, criticism, and educational discussion regarding accessibility in media.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services or any account if we believe these Terms have been violated or if continued access creates risk for the Services, other users, or third parties.
Sections relating to user content licenses, copyright, counter-notifications, repeat infringer policy, intellectual property, feedback, indemnification, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, and any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive termination of these Terms.

We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, remain continuously available, or be free from interruption, delay, defects, or harmful components.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATWOTS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATWOTS will also not be liable for loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of business, or damages arising from user-submitted content, third-party conduct, unauthorized access, service outages, or enforcement actions taken in good faith.
