Before you submit

Use the exact post ID or user ID tied to the moderation action. Signed-in users can pull those values directly from the notices in their profile privacy and appeals section.

Use this form for moderation outcomes. If the issue is factual accuracy, use the correction request form. If the issue is infringement or a formal legal notice, use the copyright path or legal contact.

Username Optional, but include it if the moderation notice referenced your username.

Email Use an address where you can receive follow-up about this review.

Type

Target Type Choose `Post` when the action was taken on content. Choose `User` when the action targeted an account.

Target ID Use the numeric post ID or user ID from the moderation notice. If you launched this from a prefilled notice, confirm the number before sending.

Details Include the moderation outcome, why you believe it should be reconsidered, and any factual correction context that directly relates to that outcome.
